Mold Testing starts at $375.

This includes (1) indoor & (1) outdoor air sample, a visual inspection, checking for moisture via a moisture meter, and a comprehensive mold report. Samples are analyzed by an accredited laboratory, and if a mold issue does exist, a scope of work outlining what needs to be done to remedy the problem.

 

Turnaround time for sample results is 48 hours. The outdoor sample will always be included to establish a reference or baseline for normal mold levels in an area, that are then compared to the indoor samples. All work performed by a certified mold inspector (CMI).
